Hi! I'm so glad you're here :)

My name is Denise and I'm a 24 year old college graduate and sorority alumna. When I'm not writing on this blog, I can likely be found with my nose in a book, baking something I shouldn't be eating, or daydreaming of a shopping trip. I'm known to go on multiple vacations per year and I suffer from both excessive wanderlust and a ridiculous sweet tooth.


I work as a nonprofit fundraiser, event planner, and social media coordinator by day. In the early hours, evenings and on weekends I run Twirls + Pearls, a handmade line of jewelry sold in two retail locations and worn on the wrists of women all across America.
